2) 10 Min Consultation Call
Taking Steps Towards Treatment Goals
During our consultation call, we will discuss your current situation, how you are feeling, and ensure we provide the services you are looking for. Upon completion of the consultation call, you will be able to schedule your session.
3) Schedule an Appointment
Work Through Vulnerabilities & Build Upon Strengths Together
Schedule an appointment at a time that works best for you. Choose from our available options and pick a convenient timeslot to sync up.
4) Turn in Intake Packet

To confirm your appointment, you will need to complete our intake packet. This packet provides our team with everything that they need to assist you, making your treatment plan as smooth as possible.
5) Join the Community

Be a part of a community and receive lasting support and tips from people who have been in the same position as you.
What to Expect When You Contact Me
After filling out a Contact form, I will then attempt to schedule a 10 min call with you so we can both see if we would be a good match in working together. If we both wish to proceed, I will create a referral form for my team to schedule an appointment with you. You will then get an intake packet to fill out before our first scheduled session.
